Problem:
I am unable to find Wool Weekly anymore. Where is it?
Solution:
The new website introduced an improved navigation and some of the information available on the old website was removed or moved. The best place to start your search is the section that describes the area of business, for example, the Wool Weekly is now available under the Wool section in the menu bar on the left hand side of the site.
If you would like particular business information but can’t find it on www.landmark.com.au, please let us know by email or call us on 1800 888 642.

Problem:
Please help. I am unable to access my Finance Online Plus, Trade Accounts, Woolclip or Memberlink account.
Solution:
You may have software that restricts your access to view the online portals. Because these portals use a ‘popup window’ some software will view it as an advertisement and block it from loading on your computer.
To change this, you will need to disable the “ad-blockers” on your computer either temporarily or permanently depending on the type of software you have.
On most ad-blockers you can set them up to recognise a ‘friendly’ site and make it exempt from any ad-blocking software.
The following is a list of popular ad-blockers, with instructions on how to disable or customise them so you can access your account in the future:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Google Toolbar Ad-blocker (PDF 43kb)
- Yahoo Tool Bar Ad-Blocker (PDF 47KB)
- MSN Pop-up Guard (PDF 18kb)
- MS Internet Explorer 6 for Windows XP SP2 (PDF 153kb)
- MS Internet Explorer 7 (PDF 47Kb)
- Norton Internet Security (PDF 303kb)
- Zone Alarm Pro (PDF 169kb)
- AOL Toolbar (PDF 45kb)
Important Note:
Ad Blockers may be provided as part of your anti-virus software but are a (what does this mean?) separate utility. Disabling them in any way does not compromise your PC’s virus protection.
Do not disable your virus checker, anti-trojan or spyware protection software on your computer. This must remain working to protect your computer. If you have any doubts, please contact your internet service provider.
