Landmark has a team of agribusiness real estate specialists seeking potential buyers, according to Landmark’s General Manager Client Services, David Johnson.

“All sales are by registration of interest through Landmark, however they close on 22 July, so I would encourage potential buyers to make contact promptly,” Mr Johnson said.
In South Australia vineyards are available in the Clare Valley, Coonawarra, Eden Valley, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale, Padthaway and Wrattonbully.
New South Wales vineyards are located in the Hunter Valley, Mudgee, Sunraysia, Tumbarumba and Tumblong.
Properties in Victoria are situated in the Glenlofty, Glenrowan, Sunraysia districts and in the Yarra Valley.
Colliers International has been appointed the International Marketing Agent for the properties.
The Foster’s vineyard divestment program was announced in February 2009 as one of the key outcomes of Foster’s strategic and operational review of its global wine business.
