New Account Statements for our account customers released this month

Landmark is pleased to introduce to you the first step in our client paperwork review; the new-look Landmark ‘Account Statement’ with ‘Copy Tax Invoices’.


The new look ‘Account Statement’ with ‘Copy Tax Invoices’ has everything you’re used to, plus new information to help you manage your business more easily and efficiently.


The advantage of the Copy Tax Invoices means that if you lose your original Tax Invoice or require a reprint, you will receive copies of your Tax Invoices with your statements.


We hope you like the new, clearer, more informative paperwork design.

When was the new Account Statement released?
Customers began receiving the new statement from 3 December 2008.


Why did we change the Account Statement?
Landmark received feedback from customers that were finding it difficult and confusing to use their account statement.


The design and layout was updated to provide an improved look and make it easier to locate important information.


How did you decide what changes to make?
We extensively interviewed customers in July and tested several versions of the Account Statement.


We refined the layout and design after receiving this feedback and found the majority of customers believe new changes will make it easier to use.


Are you making any other changes to our statement?
In late 2009, we are expecting to release an improved statement that will provide you with even more information.


With next year’s statement, we are also introducing some new, exciting services.  We will tell you more about those services next year.


I prefer the old statement. Can I have the old statement instead?
The old statement has been replaced with the new, updated design.


If you believe the new design makes it difficult for you to use, please share your feedback with us and it will be considered for the release in late 2009.
