Popup Blockers

 

The most common reason for not being able to Login is because your computer is blocking popup windows, therefore you will need to disable this action before you try to login. If you need more information on how to do this please read the FAQ's below

PROBLEM:
I am unable to find a specific page anymore. Where is it?

SOLUTION:
The new website introduced an improved navigation and some of the information available on the old website was removed or moved. The best place to start your search is the section that describes the area of business, for example, the Wool Weekly is now available under the Wool section in the menu bar on the left hand side of the site.

 

If you would like particular business information but can’t find it on www.landmark.com.au, please let us know by email or call us on 1800 888 642.

PROBLEM:
I am unable to access my Trade Accounts or Woolclip account.

SOLUTION:
You may have software that restricts your access to view the online portals. Because these portals use a ‘popup window’ some software will view it as an advertisement and block it from loading on your computer.

 

To change this, you will need to disable the “ad-blockers” on your computer either temporarily or permanently depending on the type of software you have.

 

On most ad-blockers you can set them up to recognise a ‘friendly’ site and make it exempt from any ad-blocking software.

 

The following is a list of popular ad-blockers, with instructions on how to disable or customise them so you can access your account in the future:

PROBLEM:
I am unable to download from my Woolclip account.

SOLUTION:
You may have browser software that restricts your access to download from your Woolclip Info Online account. We have noticed that certain versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer may prevent you from downloading.
