Landmark Harcourts Update

It has been an exceptionally busy last few months for the team at Landmarks Harcourts.

Conference 2013 : A Resounding Success

The national conference, celebrating Harcourt’s 125th anniversary, held between the 27th May and 29th May 2013, was a fabulous few days and a resounding success.

The Harcourts Annual Real Estate Awards conference highest accolades have been awarded to three of Landmark’s leading Real Estate Agents.

Landmark Harcourts excelled in the National category of Rural Sales above 40 hectares with Neville Tutt  from Landmark Albany, WA placed first, Brian Liston  from Landmark Albury, NSW placed second, and Paul Thomason from Landmark Esperance, WA placed third, completing a clean sweep of the category for Landmark.

The Landmark Harcourts network was well represented with over 40 attendees from all States, illustrating the growing momentum the group is achieving in the marketplace.

Benchmark report set to be the premium regional data source

Benchmark ReportLandmark Harcourts is excited to launch the first draft of our Benchmark property data report.

Our Benchmark property data report will stand alone in providing the most comprehensive "big picture" of Australia's regional and rural real estate market.  The quality of this data will give Landmark Harcourts', Harcourts' and Landmark customers the confidence to make sound and well-researched decisions about property.

In compiling and analysing Benchmark, our intention is to highlight property market transactional trends across more than 350 local government areas in regional and rural Australia. By presenting the data in sets of properties up to 4 hectares, properties between 4 – 40 hectares and those over 40 hectares, we aim to enable customers to easily identify and differentiate property types; for example, differentiating large agricultural working properties from a lifestyle property or a residential property in a rural town. So far the publication has been received with strong interest by key institutional stakeholders, as well as having had solid PR coverage across articles in the Australian Financial Review, Beef Central & The Weekly Times.

As the only data report of its kind, Benchmark will deliver unequalled market knowledge to our customers, giving greater confidence and control in achieving research, investment and selling goals. As this is our first edition of Benchmark we are asking for feedback to help improve further editions and assist us in providing the most valuable and relevant regional property data resource possible.

In further editions we will incorporate public sentiment and the report will be further strengthened by access to emerging trend information and graphs.

China 'Roadshow'

Working with our Harcourts network in China, who have achieved breakthrough ‘sight unseen’ property sales with ‘road show’ presentations to Chinese customers, Landmark Harcourts will be showcasing, in China, a limited number of Australian premium properties in August or September this year.

This will be a fabulous opportunity for properties to be profiled to targeted prospects at exclusive presentations in Shenzen, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing. That, plus advertisements in our very special Chinese edition of Landmark Harcourts Propertymark and Harcourts Chinese Blue Book will get a vendors property in front of over 7 million custom¬ers across our Chinese network.

Limited places are available and submissions for inclusion in the roadshow presentation close August 9,  2013.

National Spring Sales Month

Landmark Harcourts will be launching a National Spring Sale Month which will be a high profile month of promotion with greater exposure in the marketplace, promoting special offers.
