Landmark Livestock Traineeships

At Landmark, we’re committed to fostering the next generation of Livestock experts, trained to find new and innovative ways to meet the challenges faced by farmers in rural and regional Australia.

We have developed an innovative Livestock traineeship. Trainees undertake structured rotations to develop expertise in the key agribusiness areas of livestock.  Included in these rotations will be the following learning partner sessions:

1.    Landmark Nutritionist or Agronomist

2.    Feedlot Facility

3.    Processing Plant

Throughout the 12-month program, trainees will also receive training in:

1.    AuctionsPlus

2.    Stud Stock Selection

3.    Auctioneering

4.    Sales

This training will also include gaining the NSW Stock and Station Agents licence. Support and career advice is provided through multiple relationships including a one to one mentor. Trainees are assisted in determining their talents and passions, which helps guide their future career decisions.
