Betty Kay launches Landmark Real Estate in Smithton

Local real estate identity Mrs Betty Kay has joined the Landmark network of real estate agents and will launch her new business under the Landmark banner in Smithton on Monday, 10 December.

Mrs Kay is well known to many people in the Circular Head region, having assisted clients to buy and sell rural and residential properties across the area since 1994. She will be joined in the business by Mr Andrew Ollington, who is also well versed in real estate.

In welcoming Mrs Kay to the Landmark network, Landmark’s national head of real estate, John Shore, said Mrs Kay offered vitality and experience that would translate into strong benefits for real estate clients.

“Landmark is committed to the Circular Head region and having Betty Kay join our network confirms that we are seeking to provide the best available service in rural and residential real estate,” Mr Shore said.

“Success in real estate is about knowing the area, knowing the people and knowing how to bring them together in a positive way – in all of which Betty has a tremendous track record, having received numerous real estate industry awards.

Mrs Kay said that she was looking forward to increasing the frequency with which people saw Landmark signs on properties in the region.

“I’m very excited to be working with the backing of Landmark,” Mrs Kay said.

“I think when people talk with either me or Andrew Ollington, we will be able to show them why our combination with Landmark will provide the sort of client service they seek.”

Landmark Real Estate opens its doors at 137 Nelson St, Smithton on Monday, 10 December.

Landmark is one of Australia’s leading rural services providers, with a broad services portfolio that, in addition to real estate, includes financial services, agronomy, merchandise, fertiliser, grain marketing, wool, livestock and insurance.
